4年間かけて集めた記録です。鳴き声が聞こえても鳴くところを見るのがそんなに簡単ではないのでこのビデオを作りました。画質と音声はバラバラですが、ご容赦ください。
主に守谷市野鳥のみちで撮影。

These recordings have been shot in a span of 4 years.
The cries and calls of partridges can be easily heard but it is not so easy to see them calling and that is why I made this video. The video and audio quality is inconsistent but this is all I was able to do.
The opening of this video was presented at Nippon Television on May 6, 2021.

憧れの撮影ですよ。
鳴き声は通るけれど、笹の茂みの中を移動する様子が殆どですから、
木の枝上は滅多にないチャンス。そんなチャンスを逃した日も。
コジュケイ同士の鳴き交わしも、雄が雌を呼んだり、
雄が自分の縄張りを主張といった行動が想定されそうですね。
ただ、コジュケイがスズメ等と同様に、外観の見た目では、雄と
雌の判断が出来ないか、難しいですよね。（＾＾；

覚えていましたので、このビデオを編集する時にFuruseさんのことを考えていました。画質にあんなことこんなことがありますが、手持ちでこれ以上撮れませんでした。
確かにおっしゃる通りそういう意味の鳴き声だろうと思いますが、解釈しようとしていても疑問が残りますね～～～ ただ、だからこそ面白いと思います^ヮ^

👍 #6 Good morning Andrea, you caught me catching up with comments and this one brings me up to date, thankfully. It's great that you banked footage of this beautiful looking and even better sounding Partridge. It was interesting to see one resting in the tree (I'm guessing to keep away from predators) and more so to see his/her reaction when a potential mate? called back. Blimey, don't they get all excited when close together (2-minute zone) They look like the sort of bird that may be resident almost anywhere and you might hear them often, but don't get to see them as often as you would like, due to them being a little shy and thankfully, careful. They are stunning little birds and it was another great watch my dear friend, thank you 👍◕‿◕
Thank You dear Jane for Your always kind appreciation of the subjects and the video! These Partridges originally came from China, that is, they were imported both as pets and as targets for hunting. Man never changes. The good thing is that my City strangely (but nicely ^ ^) chose this Bird as a symbol, because they move in families and are a good example to human families too.
If the City would even leave some green areas for them to live it would be much better though!!!! ^ ^

@@AndreaNature With their habitat disappearing, the lucky ones to escape the shoot may be out in the open more often. It is so wrong that some simply decide to kill for fun. Such a nice bird too. I'm currently resting for the 2nd day running after walking too far and hurting my legs and back. I got zero sleep last night too, so I am hoping I have a better night tonight. I look forward to tomorrow though and might get out for a couple of hours if lucky. I wish you a wonderful and productive week ahead too Andrea ◕‿◕
